In-Stock Items

Orders are prepared for shipping within 1–3 business days.
If I am on holiday or experiencing an unexpected delay, I will notify you via email.
You are always welcome to send me a message on Instagram for a quick response.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, please allow 1–2 weeks for me to receive new prints from my printing studio.
Once received, I will need an additional 1–3 business days to prepare your order for shipping.

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped in a protective cardboard tube to ensure safe delivery.


CUSTOM PRINT SIZES & LOCAL PICKUP


If you would like to order a print in a different size, please send me an email or contact me via Instagram to make a custom request.
Please note that custom sizes are subject to availability. If I do not have a suitable cardboard tube for the requested size, shipping will unfortunately not be possible. In this case, local pickup can be arranged.


PRINT CARE


A gentle reminder: A3 prints are thicker than standard paper.
After being rolled in the tube, I recommend placing the print under a heavy object for a short time to help flatten it before framing.


CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES


Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees that may apply.
Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I gladly accept returns and exchanges.

- Contact me within 14 days of delivery

- Ship the item(s) back within 30 days of delivery

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

All prints are carefully inspected before shipping. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the customer may be responsible for any loss in value.
Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.


DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES


If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the item and the packaging so I can assist you.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, I am not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier, but I will always do my best to help resolve the situation.

The purchase of a print does not transfer reproduction or commercial rights.
All artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist.
